Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or reasons other than shipping damage, an incorrect item shipped by us.
Product Selection
Scope and sequence for every stage is provided in the product images prior to purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information and selecting the appropriate level for their child. Refunds are not provided for incorrect placement or product selection.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please reply to your order confirmation email with photographic proof of both the damaged product and damaged packaging within 2 days of receipt for a free replacement.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it is considered used and cannot be returned. Refunds or exchanges are not offered on digital products for change of mind, accidental purchase, or compatibility issues with individual devices or printers.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If there are any questions about whether a resource is suitable, it is recommended to make contact prior to purchase.
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms.
Our Decoding Guarantee
We stand behind The Art of Reading. If you complete a stage as designed (five days a week, for the full length of the stage, every page completed) and your child cannot yet sound out every word on an age-appropriate page given to them, we will refund that stage.
To claim this guarantee, within 30 days of completing the stage, provide:
- The completed workbook showing the program was worked through as designed
- A video of your child reading the last reader in that stage.
This guarantee applies once per child, per stage, and refunds the cost of that stage minus original shipping.
Postage is non-refundable in all cases, including shipping damage replacements and Decoding Guarantee refunds.
