Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Due to the speed of our warehouse fulfillment process, address changes cannot be made once an order has been received. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping will incur an additional shipping charge.
